I've never really thought of it that way before. I never realized that health care insurance was the only kind of insurance we use for regular, predictable things. You don't use your auto insurance to fill up your gas tank or pay for repairs. You use your auto insurance to pay for accidents, and big expenses. I could see how treating health insurance like it were any other form of insurance could perhaps bring about some positive changes.
Of course like all things this sounds good on paper, but could it actually work?
